The steps to turn on app notifications on your phone can vary depending on the operating system you're using. Here are the steps for some common operating systems:

• Android:
  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Tap "Apps & notifications"
  3. Select the app you want to receive notifications from
  4. Tap "App notifications"
  5. Toggle "On"
     
     
• iOS (iPhone & iPad):
  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Tap "Notifications"
  3. Select the app you want to receive notifications from
  4. Toggle "Allow Notifications"
     
     
• Windows Phone:
  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Tap "Notifications + Actions"
  3. Select the app you want to receive notifications from
  4. Toggle "Show notifications"
