Our Women’s Only Program is designed for those who are looking to push their limits but don’t enjoy the contact.
This program is perfect for those who enjoy the concepts of Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and Kickboxing and realize the benefits of intense exercise. Our Women’s Only program is designed with the workout in mind without the worry of being hit.
All ladies enrolled in our programs will increase their awareness and ability to effectively protect themselves. As you progress there is a notable increase in coordination, balance, speed and technique. Most importantly you will see an increase in your physical and mental abilities. Students often achieve an increase in physical fitness, cognitive readiness and goal achievement abilities. The implementation of elbow strikes and knees transforms each female into a well conditioned “street smart” survivor.
